For Hearing Professionals

Otolaryngologists and Audiologists.

If you have any bone conducting hearing devices (BAHA or Ponto Pro) in your office that have been left by other patients after they have been fitted with an updated device, will you please send them to us?  We will have them refurbished and then the device will be given to a child in need. A charitable contribution can be taken on the donors income tax return. We encourage you to keep our information and share it with those coming in to upgrade to a new device. Many patients want to help, they just need to know how.

Please send your old devices directly to us at:

If you are currently treating a patient with Microtia and Aural Atresia and you were unable to fit them with a bone conducting hearing device due to insurance restrictions, please contact us. We would love to help with a refurbished device. We might be even able to help your patient qualify for a new bone conducting hearing device through their insurance provider. We have been successful in gaining insurance approval even after an initial denial. Please ask your patient to call us directly to provide their insurance information so we can check into this for them.

If you, your office, or anyone you know would like to make contribution to our Foundation and help a child need, please see our contribution page.
