Please accept our sincerest “THANK YOU” to your and your staff for all that you have done to help our little Michael get his first BAHA device. We had tried numerous times to get our insurance to pay for a device but were declined each and every time. we were just about to give up when somebody from my local Hands and Voices group gave me your information. We were skeptical at first, but soon realized that you guys really do care. After trying unsuccessfully for a coupe of years to get Michael a BAHA device on our own, you got him one in only a few weeks! Since receiving his BAHA device, his grades have improved dramatically and he seems like he’s a totally different kid at school. His teachers are amazed at his progress and we couldn’t be more thankful. We truly feel that because of his BAHA device he will be able to reach his full potential.
